Good thing the Supreme Court put down the gun ban AFTER the White Sox played the Cubs at Wrigley last weekend because I would have bought a gun just to shoot a Cubs fan at the last out on Sunday. You betcha. It is ALL talk. In fact, it would be very cool aesthetically if (curse forbid) they go to the WS on their 100th anniversary of not. As a Sox fan though, it would be hypocritical to go so far as to root for the Northside Douche Sqad for any other reason unless they were beating our AL Central opponents. Today’s game was a great way to begin our homestand crosstown classic. Watching it on Gameday during work hours put me in the lazy gear all afternoon. Chicago is also hosting the Taste of Chicago this week and it started only yesterday. It is a challenge getting around the city during the summer festival times. Patience is a good sport to practice when dealing with sweaty, hungry, and large tourists or locals. Happy Summer!
